When Skyline Exhibits needed to reposition its brand in order to strengthen its market presence, I became a member of a team of independent contractors – designers, writers, a project manager, and web developers – convened to do the work. I was responsible for the research and brand strategy, and traveled to five locations across the United States to gather dealer input. I presented the research findings, developed the brand strategy, and communicated the collateral strategy to the design team. I remained a key team member throughout the process, ensuring that all creative solutions were on target with the brand strategy. In addition to working closely with the design team, I also became a bridge between Skyline management and their dealers. I followed up with dealers after the research, brand strategy, and design development was completed, walking them through key findings and making sure dealers were on-board with the revitalized brand and image system. |
